Task assign
Step 1: In the initial stage, lead/manager will assign the task to the concern recruiter.
Task Update
Step 2: After getting the task, the recruiter will choose the portal (Dice, Monster, Linkedin etc.) and start the activity.
Requirement Review
Step 3: Recruiter will review the requirement, discuss with the lead about the role, make the different sets of keywords and update into the staffing origin portal.
Candidate Add
Step 4: Every recruiter must add the prominent candidates.
Candidate Update
Step 5: After getting the updates about the candidates, the recruiter must update the candidate status (Visa, Salary, preferences, etc.)
Association Add
Step 6: Every recruiter must create/add the candidate association with the suitable requirements.
Association Update
Step 7: Recruiter must update the association of the requirement (Submitted to Lead, Submitted to Vendor, Submitted to the client, etc.)
Interview Add
Step 8: If the candidate gets the interview request from the client, the recruiter must add the interview with time, location, mode of interview, etc.
Interview Update
Step 9: In the last step, the recruiter must update the interview status of the candidate (Rejected, Offered, Declined, etc.)
