1. Tempe - ukuran sesuai selera
2. Bawang putih - 2 siung
3. Cabe rawit/keriting - jmlh sesuai selera
4. Daun bawang - ini optional mau pake atau enggak, yiren pakai biar ada sayur hijau nya gitu karena dikulkas blm ada sayur hijau
5. Saos Lada Hitam nya Saori - 1 bks, takaran nya 1 sendok sup kecil
5. Garam - sejumput
6. Air - 2 sdm
7. Minyak goreng - 1 atau 2 sdt
8. Jeruk nipis - 1 atau 2 buah ( tergantung berapa banyak tempe nya)
Cara masak:
A. Bumbui Tempe
1. potong tempe sesuai selera, trus potong juga jeruk nya jadi 2, kalau sudah lanjut geprek 1 bawang putih trus cincang kasar lalu 1 nya di iris" aja, lanjut iris" cabe nya sama sayuran hijau nya kalau ada. sisihkan cabe nya, sayur hijau nya, sama irisan bawang.
2. tempe yang udah dipotong disiram dengan perasan air jeruk, taburi sejumpuk garam, masukin cicangan bawang, lalu lumuri tempe nya hingga merata.
3. Sisihkan jika sudah merata
B. Masak tempe
1. siapkan teflon lalu masukin 2 sdm minyak , nyalakan kompor dgn api sedang.
2. Setelah minyak sudah panas, masukin bahan yang disisihkan tadi
3. Tumis hingga harum, lalu masukkan tempe kemudian tumis sebentar
4. Setelah itu, ambil 1 sendok sup saos saori, masukin ke teflon. Lalu aduk hingga saos merata di tempe
5. Masukkan 2 sdm air lalu aduk lagi hingga matang.
6. Matikan kompor, pindahkan tempe ke piring/mangkuk bersih.
7. Makan! jangan lupa setelah masak dicuci ya!
