this is to bring a disheartening experience to your notice which I faced recently.
i travelled via Go AIR flight from new delhi to Baghdogra on 27 May 2019.
the PNR code is LBQEXN. i hope other details can be fetched from your system.

As per my communication with GoAIR customer care on sunday 9th june, my strolley was damaged due to mishandling by goair staff or labour.
i am attaching the pics which show that the base of the strolley has been severely damaged.
on call, i was told that such damaged should be informed on airport itself. i want to bring to your notice that damage is on internal area of bag. i noticed this when i reached hotel and took out my stuff including few smaller items kept inside the zip of the base.
my sincere request to goair is to sensitize the luggage handling staff about proper handling and teach them that such experiences of customer would motivate a customer never to fly with goair again which will have an effect on them like KINGFISHER in long run.
another request is for higher management of GoAIR: kindly recruit educated people (not roadside labour) even for such works and train them about handling another person's stuff. i understand that goair staff really lacks this training.
i request you to kindly share how would you like to correct the things which have gone wrong in my first flight with so that I may think of GoAir instead of NeverGoAir.
