Chihiro Mastermind AU

As obviously stated, this is an AU where instead of being the mastermind- though Junko does still have a hand in some of the involvement in this universe- the real one is actually Chihiro Fujisaki.

Instead of having Taichi's good influence on him from a young age, both of his parents died when he was incredibly young- leaving him orphaned since he was young. He was subjected to a lot of bullying when he was younger due to his meek and very crybaby like demeanor, as well as usually giving them ammo for them to mess with him. He doesn't really assume a feminine identity- instead being nothing but an insecure, yet definitely genius, child that had a thing with technology, computers and coding especially. But, due to lack of funding for where he lived, he never really got a chance to work with them much- and for most of his life, poor Chihiro Fujisaki felt everything but wanted.

When he was around 8 or 9, at the height of his bullying, Junko and her sister Mukuro arrive there. There's not a lot of documented information on either of them, not even about if they were orphans a lot, but they still came around the area Chihiro was in. Junko took special interest in Chihiro when noting his meek demeanor, and became fast friends with him- mostly due to her being the first person who was actually ever nice to him. She usually brought Mukuro and Chihiro with her on miscellaneous shenanigans- with Chihiro not seeming to notice or care about her psychopathic behavior or her abuse towards Mukuro, only appreciating the fact she was his first real friend- and Junko eventually begins to tell him about how she fucking hates everything. How she thinks the world should feel the wondrous feeling of despair- and that he should especially understand, with how he was treated back at the orphanage. Basically, Junko manipulated into what she wanted him to be- similar to her, a violent being.

Some of the superiors noticed how violent Chihiro was becoming- now becoming more of a subject of fear then bullying due to his sudden violent behavior. Junko managed to run away with him and Mukuro and the three of them lived on the streets- with Chihiro now being subjected to fits of violent behavior like Mukuro was, with less and less apologies being directed to him. He, of course, kept forgiving her- though seemed to actually realize how she really was like.

Junko noticed Hope's Peak and managed to get all three of them noticed by talent scouts, actually bringing them over to the academy- his classmates, of course, were all pretty nice to Chihiro... Though Junko literally cut off any sort of interaction between them and him by basically making him stay in his room a lot, with only her and Mukuro to really talk to.

Around this time, Chihiro met Chiaki. It was more of a chance meeting then anything, though the two became fast friends- with Chiaki having more genuine intentions then Junko did and often inviting him over to her class to spend time with them all and basically be her mini helper. She even told him a bit about her own personal troubles, including about a missing friend- though around the time of the protests, they began to become a bit distant, mostly due to Junko butting in once again.

Chihiro basically set Chiaki up for death. He was the one who lured her to the execution chamber- without being aware of what Junko's true plans were- and was forced to watch as she died, apparently according to Junko's plan. He realizes how badly he fucked up- with managing to kill off his one true friend and help brainwash the "rest"- and falls into despair with ease, not really ever quite recovering from it. But, he also grew bitter to Junko and began to quietly plan a way to usurp her in her own game.

He captured his entire former class, getting pass their closed doors with ease due to his hacking skills, and managed to execute the principal, as well as erase all of their memories. He lured Junko in- to play a game of death that would intrigue even her- and Junko basically dragged both herself and Mukuro into the killing games.

Junko happily played along until she gets killed by Chihiro- letting her desire to surrender to despair at least come true, to the horror of her sister and the other participants. He then seemed to notice Togami actually managing to figure out something wasn't right, and decided to falsely kill himself off to frame Togami- which he did with success. idk the rest lol
