SelinaCruz (6/11/2019, 11:07:02 AM): I've been given the same copy and paste response for the past 10 days. If I've done something illegal, say it. If someone is tampering with my account, say it. If the rules have change, show me where in the TOS the rule has changed. This is my account and I do not feel secure at all when I'm allowed to spend my dollars on credits but I'm not allowed to give them to my friends. This is not illegal nor is it against rules, so why am I being locked out of information about my own account?

I'm a Pro Tier creator and my amount to send manually used to be 100,000 Credits a day, that was capped without warning and without letting me know which greatly effects what I do.

SelinaCruz (6/11/2019, 11:20:49 AM): So the IMVU Client itself decided to lock my account out of doing what I always do for no reason at all and those who are in charge of managing this client or at the least, explaining situations are just all unable to be reached or have conversations with me to resolve this mysterious issue taking place with my account? And I'm supposed to accept this highly suspicious behavior and just go along with it as if nothing is wrong here?

The transfer limit applies to the link, I have had Help Desk help me with sending credits without issues countless times and it has NEVER been a problem. But clearly you are of no help, you have no information and you couldn't even provide me with a number of someone above you to call.
