Initially, as a trainee, someone who can easily write down what is being dictated to him/her is who we need! You also have to multi-task and do other smaller tasks like database and phone calling. As a writer, mainly you have to create content based on what is being told to you. Be exact. Be precise. Be diligent. Be timely. Be punctual. Pay attention to word meanings and rules of the language.
You will need decent listening skills and a trait of being attentive , apart from a little bit of reading and writing skills
This is how you start! You do NOT have to be a good writer to begin with! You need to have a keen interest though !
You do boring work but much later in the long term you may be writing something very interesting!

Boring work ? Yes. Helps build basic skills.
You may work on not only pen and paper but also keypad and screen.

Do NOT worry! Elementary training will be given!

Attention: If this does not spark your interest then read no further!!!!

Later,
You may write verbatim or you may introduce your own elements. You may even innovate in some cases with something quite creative!
You may even be a story teller! But all this is later!


We need someone who can write in
English or Hindi

Added feather in your cap if you write in both

Would be good if you know
Marathi
Gujarati
Or Any Other Indian Language (Please tell us which one)

Once in a blue moon , you may be required to do translation (anuvad) from one language to another. Hence you need to know both the languages well! You will get better work and better pay if you do this! Hence knowing the languages helps!

We are looking for a writer but you do NOT start as a pure writer!

Initially you will not have more than 10% work as writing but as your work quality grows, you can expect to do more of such work.
Hoping that this happens really fast!

BEGINNING
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. DATABASE CREATION AND MAINTENANCE (25-35% of work is this; later it becomes lesser)
Your own work needs to be properly cataloged and maintained; hence database matters!
Client data needs to be taken care of
It may be on a computer OR
MOST likely It will be in physical format ( notebooks /registers using pen/pencil)

2. ONLINE RESEARCH
This is ongoing work for YOUR own self. To ensure you are writing well and error-free, you need to check for
facts and details.
Sometimes, you may have to search for data as per organization needs too e.g. Client Search, BD Sales, etc.
You may do it computer/tablet/mobile OR
QUITE likely being in the middle of books at a nearby library. We bear the costs.

3. CLIENT CALLS ( About 15% of your work but can become ZERO once we get a junior for you)
You may be able to call using your phone
OR we will provide you with same by purchasing the calling plan. We bear all the costs

4. HANDWRITING TO TEXT
This is going to be less than 5% of your work. May not even come up as you may outsource it to a freelancer.
An app can also be used to convert handwriting to text. An error can be modified manually later.

5. PHONE CALLING CLIENTS (10-20% of your work will be this but will become zero soon)
You will be required to connect with clients periodically to discuss work. As you move purely into writing, this role will diminish to zero

6. CONTENT WRITING (starts with less 10% of your work and then grows !)
Finally some writing will be coming your way

Initially only training will be given though. How you pick up things, will determine what happens next! :-)

NOTE: THIS WHOLE THING IS DESIGNED SO THAT YOU VERY SLOWLY AND STEADILY ENTER THE FIELD OF WRITING
But while doing this, you also get to LEARN ALL MUNDANE ASPECTS OF THE ORGANIZATION
Hence working on smaller operational aspects listed above is imperative! Apply only IF YOU ARE OKAY with this!!!

Although, it is listed as an internship, it is an ongoing project. Hence, if an intern wants to, then can work for a time period more than what has been stated over here!!!

1. How you speak or how you look or how you dress or even how you smell is not important!
2. Your past does NOT matter in anyway. Education and academics do not matter!
3. Your age and experience in this field does NOT matter!
4. Whether you are studying or have completed your studies is NOT important!
5. You may have experience or you are a fresher, yet you can apply regardless!

What Matters? Only one thing - your interest in doing this type of work detailed above.

FUTURE PROSPECTS
In near future, you can grow into a beautiful writer
Ideally there is always a need for someone who can weave a good story.
An amazing story has 3 parts typically:
A. Plot (Story)
B. Character Creation (Personalities / Protagonists /etc)
C. Dialogues (Speeches)

We will train you on this! You may even get into this much earlier during your training period, if you show the interest/skill/talent ! :-)
