Cumhurbaşkanı Gül de yargıyı hükümetin emrine veren paketi, tek kelimesine dokunmadan onayladı.
Böylece AKP artık tam anlamıyla kendi özel yargısını kuruyor.
Şimdi Yargıtay, idari yargı ve tüm adliyelerdeki sistem sil baştan düzenlenecek, soruşturmaya müdahale suç olmaktan çıkacak...
Hükümet, 10 gün içinde Yargıtay’ı yeniden dizayn ederek tüm önemli siyasi davaların adresini ve bunlara bakacak daire başkan ve üyelerini değiştirilebileceği gibi üç ay içinde de idari yargı alanını dümdüz edecek yeni örgütlenmeyi hayata geçirecek.
İvedi yargılama sistemiyle de “rant-yolsuzluk” iddialarının kaynağı olan büyük parasal işlemlerin önündeki yargı engelini sıfırlayacak.
Gözaltı-tutuklama vb. tedbirlerde tek yetkili özel hâkim ataması yapılacak.
Kısacası yasama, yürütme ve yargıdan oluşan modern devlet örgütlenmesi bu yasayla birlikte Türkiye’de öldü.
Onun yerine başbakanın arzu ve keyfine uygun, AKP iktidarına bağlı yeni bir garabet doğdu.
