We understand your concern that you want to transfer your PhonePe wallet money in your bank account.
We would like to let you that you can withdraw money from your wallet to the bank account by following the below steps:
- Go to “My Wallet” page and click on Flipkart Money Withdraw option
- Now select a tab from where you want to withdraw money.(Flipkart Refund or Top-up Money)
- Now select the bank account and enter the withdrawal amount.
- At bottom, you will get an option to add another bank account
- Please enter the account details. In case you're not sure about IFSC code then take help from Look up option
- Once you click on Look up it will redirect you to the new page.
- Please enter the bank details and click on GET CODE
- Click on confirm tab after entering all the details
- Next, you will get a pop up for the successful transaction.
We'd like to inform you that you can transfer wallet money to your bank account, by entering your bank account details. It takes 5 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Also, once the withdrawal is initiated, within 2-3 Business days, an ARN/UTR no. is shared to you via email/SMS. Through ARN/UTR no. you can check the refund status with your respective bank.
In case, if the bank account details do not match/get approved, you will get an SMS/Email of failed transaction and the amount is reversed to the wallet.
Nothing can be done if you enter wrong account details and transaction is processed.
