xx 0 Carrots

1200 0:00 Place 2 cups of unsoaked Beans on Medium Heat in 1.5 peanut canisters of water.
1200 0:00 Add whole eggs.
1230 0;30 Start checking for simmer & reduce to the "L" in Low Heat after boiling/simmer to keep at small simmer.
1240 0;40 Remove eggs after simmer.
1240 0;40 Add pepper/seasoning
1330 1:30 Add Rice & Potatoes … Turn heat up to mid way between Medium & Low.
1400 2:00 Turn Off Heat & Add Carrots.
1415 2:15 Ready to Sample.
