Yardımcı Başkan için bir seçim yapacağım. Yardımcı başkan ilk önce takım başkanı yokken takımın düzenini sağlamakla yükümlü olmaktadır. Takım Başkanı yokken alınan , çok önemli bir husus bulunmayan kararlarda önemli bir söz hakkına sahiptir.
Yardımcı Başkan olmak için gerekenler :
- Takım başkanıyla arasının iyi olması.
- Takımdaki diğer kişilere karşı saygılı ve anlayışlı olmalı.
- Takıma alınan kişilerle ilgilenmek .
- Takım dokümanını yarışma düzenleyici belirtmediği vakitlerde dokümanı hazırlama ve soruları toplama.
- E ödevde aktif olma.
Bu görevler duruma göre azaltılır veya çoğaltıla bilir.
Unutmayın ki : Uzun yolculuklar güven ve küçük adımlarla başlar. Kimse ilerde ne yapacağını veya ne olacağını bilemez. Ama kendilerine yol boyunca bunu sorarlar " Peki ben yapabilir miyim ?"
Bu sorunun cevabı da soru kadar kısa olmakta " Eğer istersen yaparsın. " şansın varken bir dene derim :)
Bu koşullara sahipken tek yapman gereken takım başkanına , "Yardımcı başkanlığa adayım " demek :)
