We understand your concern about the Cardless Credit payment mode.

We'd like to let you know that at the moment, Cardless Credit as a payment mode is available for a few customers. We’re working with the financing partners to expand this to all customers. Customers would get this feature if they are eligible based on their shopping history with Flipkart

This feature is available only on our android app and IOS app. Once you enter your PAN and Aadhaar details on the ‘Cardless Credit Application’ page, you’ll get a confirmation on your eligibility within 60 seconds.

You can claim Cashless Benefit through below steps:

Go to My account and Click on View details next to Cashless Credit
Click On ‘Apply Now’
Enter Your PAN Number and Aadhar Number
Verify Your Aadhar With OTP
Review and Submit details of Aadhar and PAN
Once the submission is done. Credit limit is issued and Customer has to go through T&C’s and click on Agree and Continue

EMI or equated monthly installment payment option through Cardless Credit allows you to pay smaller fixed amounts for your purchases at a specified date, each month and includes the interest applicable.

Below are the terms and conditions for Cardless Credit.

-Cardless Credit will help you purchase select products on EMI without having a credit card.
-Credit card issued by bank is not required to avail this facility.
-The feature can be used only for shopping with Flipkart.
-This is currently available only on the Flipkart App - Android OS only.
-You can use this either as a credit card or to avail EMI option

Billing Related:

-Bill will be generated on the 1st of the month for all purchases made in the previous month.
-The repayment date will be on or before the 15th of the month
-Interest charges levied on the instalments will vary based on the EMI tenure (the EMI tenure ranges between 3 - 12 months (3, 6, 9 and 12 months) and the interest rates vary between 14% - 22% based on the tenure)

Bill Payment Related:

-You can clear your dues using either a Debit Card or Internet Banking (Credit card and other modes of payment will be unavailable to make the payment)
-Partial payment option is NOT available
-You will also have access to view the pending and the completed EMI on the app (click on 'EMI details' under the 'Cardless Credit' tab)

Late Fees and Defaulters

-There would be a nominal late payment charge of Rs. 200, if you fails to make the payment by the 15th of the month
-This is called out in the terms and conditions and will be shown as a reminder notification on the app too
-If you defaults consecutively, his Cardless Credit option would be disabled
-The collections program will be similar to Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) where the team would follow up with these customers for payments
