We understand your concern that you want to activate your Flipkart account.

We would like to let you know that here are the few steps, you can follow to activate your account.

1. Account reactivation can be done by yourself
2. You need to login with registered email id or mobile number and password combination used prior to deactivation
3. Your account will be reactivated and all default settings will be applied
4. If the 'Password' is forgotten:
5. You need to enter the registered emailed/phone no
6. Click on forgot the password
7. You will receive an OTP by email or phone no
8. Enter OTP and create a new password
9. Click on re-activate tab

We would like to let you know that resetting the password for your Flipkart account is simple.

1) Click on 'forgot password?' on the login page

2) Get an email with a verification code on your registered email address/phone number with steps to reset your password
3) Please note that this code is valid only for 10 minutes from the time it is sent to you

If that doesn't help, just reply to us with the error message and we will take it from there.

Note: Please do not share your Flipkart account password or the one-time verification code with anyone for the security of your account. Flipkart or its executives would never ask you for your password. Flipkart will not be responsible for any unauthorised usage of your account.
