İnşaat maliyetleri,faiz ve ekonomik kriz yüzünden piyasada aşırı bir durgunluk oluştu. Burası elimizde 2017 döneminde olsaydı 380 bin TL' ye 1 hafta bile beklemeden satılırdı fakat bu ülkenin 2008-2017(tüm dünya parasal genişleme, fed tarihin 200 yılında bastığının 4 katı doları dünyaya verdi) bir daha gelmeyecek.
