2 cebule obrane i pokrojone w kostkę

odrobina soli i mielonego kminku

ZASMAŻKA :
2 łyżki oleju
3 łyżki mąki pszennej
Na patelni podpiekamy mąkę z olejem,do uzyskania jasno brązowego koloru,dokładnie mieszamy aby nie powstały gródki.Zasmażkę studzimy.
PRZYGOTOWANIE :
Kapustę płuczemy z nadmiaru kwasu,przekładamy do garnka,dodajemy liść,ziele,pieprz w ziarnkach,zalewamy wodą,tak aby kapusta była przykryta,następnie gotujemy około 1 godziny.Dolewamy troszkę wody i dalej gotujemy.
Cebulę podpiekamy na oleju,dodajemy do kapusty,doprawiamy solą,pieprzem i magi.Kiedy kapusta jest już bardzo miękka a płyny znacznie odparują wsypujemy cześć zasmażki,mieszamy,jeżeli konsystencja jest zbyt rzadka dosypujemy jeszcze zasmażki i zagotowujemy.Kapusta jest już gotowa.
