□チーム作りの基本的条件
・支援者を増やす
→周りの人の理解を増やす
・スタッフとは
→中心になる人のサポート役。
意見が違ってもいいが最終的には一つの方向に向かうこと。
・スタッフで役割分担をする。
→指導員・審判など
□指導者論
集中して狙う練習（サーブなど）は
短い時間を継続しておこなう。
毎日5分×1週間＞＞1日30分×週に1回
□コーチングのポイント例
・高すぎる目標ではやる気が出にくい。
・練習試合でデータを取る。そして試合中に見せる。
ミスは自分が一番良くわかっているのであえて言わない。
データ（数字）を見せることで具体的な目標を掲げる。
「サーブ成功を3本から4本にしよう！」
・チームに貢献したいのはみんな同じ！やる気を削がないこと。
□発想の転換
・３Ｋ「きつい」「きたない」「こわい」
・３Ｔ「短時間」「たのしく」「つよく」
スポーツで楽しませること
「レシーブが出来て楽しい！！」
□やる気の３原則
①目標が「明確」
②手段・方法が「明確」
③達成の可能性が「信じられる」
③は「できる・できない」とは違う「信じられるかどうか」
その為に指導者は①と②を行う必要がある。
