Apex Legends Update News! Auto Switch Weapon + Auto Sprint Console

Hey guys sethly here back with another apex legends video, I hope your all having a fantastic day. In this video I wanted to go over some update news we recently got from the developers. On the Apex Legends Dev Tracker there is a list of bugs and issues they are currently working on and their are quite a lot of them but there is a section of updates that are listed as coming in future patch. Someone pointed this out and a developer replied and said coming in a future patch doesnt necessarily mean it will be the next patch but it does mean they have it fixed internally and the only reason for these changes to not be added in the next patch would be if they missed their deadline which sometimes happens. But for the most part, these changes will likely be coming in the next patch but if not, then it will likely the following patch.

Before we get into the news, I wanted to let you guys know. Lets get right into these changes that are listed to come in a future patch. Starting off with the main quality of life features that are coming in a future patch. The first one is a better battle pass progression UI in the match summary. So the battle pass progress on the match summary screen will be much more clear. On to the next change which is that they disabled auto switch when your weapon ammo runs out. The final quality of life feature that will be coming in a future patch is auto sprint for consoles which I know a lot of you guys are probably very happy about. In fact, all of those quality of life features that have been confirmed were community requested. Which is very good to see because it shows that respawn is taking the community's ideas and implementing them.

On to the next set of confirmations of future patch additions, which are all bugs. The most important bug that will be fixed is players losing rp when servers crash or disconnect. Im extremely happy about this one because I have definitely lost a lot of RP due to loss forgiveness not working correctly. The next few bugs that will be fixed are the party not showing as reddy in the lobby, the UI dissappearing in game, and champion stat trackers appearing in green.

So thats pretty much all of the details we know are confirmed for future patches as of right now but keep in mind that these aren't all of the updates and changes they are working on so expect the next patch to have more than what is confirmed now.
