Türk Ceza Kanunu; insanların onur, saygınlık, şeref gibi hassas noktalarını rencide eden davranış, hakaret, küfür gibi durumlarda eylemi gerçekleştiren kişi için 3 ay ile 2 yıl arası hapis cezası uygulayabilmektedir.*
Hesabın sahte de olsa, hesabına herhangi bir şey yapılmış falan değil sadece polisimizin bir an önce senin yerini ip adresinden ve telefon bilgilerinden tespit edip tutuklaması için gereken sanal bilgiler şuan otomatik olarak elime geçti ve bunu birazdan gerekli mercilere iletmek üzere bekletiyorum.
Tabi ki bunu önlemenin bir yolu var o da bilgilerini Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Bilişim Servisine ve Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığına vermeden ve onlar seni bulmadan, senin kimliğini açıklayıp özür dilemen aksi takdirde mahkemede özür dilemek zorunda kalacaksın.
