Bir ilkbahar gününde,zaman 06 Nisan 1986'yı gösterdiğinde,İzmir'in konak ilçesinde Doğum hastanesinde dünyaya gözlerini açan tertemiz kalpli bir bebek.Behçet Orbay küçük yaşlarında iken annesi Fadime kalp krizi sebebinden dolayı vefat etti.Behçet annesinin yüzünü bile hatırlamamakta.Babası Mahmut Bey Türkiye'nin önde gelen holdinglerinden Bozkurt Holding'i işletmekte.Behçet hayatı boyunca yardımı seven bir insandı.Küçüklüğünden yaşlardan itibaren ilgisi olan doktorluk hayaliydi.Behçet ilk ve orta okulda mükemmel bir başarı elde etmiştir.Üniversite sınavlarında üst düzey başarı elde eden Behçet ,Hacettepe Üniversitesine yerleşmiştir.8 Yıl boyunca Hacettepe Üniversitesinde okuyan Behçet bir çok arkadaş edinip,üniversiteden mezun olarak ayrılmıştır.8 Yılın sonunda Behçet mesleğine tam anlamıyla İzmir'de başlamış ve yükselerek Yardımcı Doçent mertebesine ulaşmıştır.Hayatı iyiliklerle dolan Behçet 2014 Yılında Akciğer Kanseri ile Mücadele Vakfına üye olmuş ve birden fazla büyük çalışmaya imza atmıştır.Alara bunun ile yetinmemiş ve 20 bin türk lirası kadar ilaç satın alıp Türk Eczacıları Birliği'ne bağış yapmıştır.Bu sebepden dolayı neredeyse tüm Türkiye'de tanınmış ve ünlenmiştir.Bunun üzerine Sağlık Müdürlüğü Behçet'i İstanbul'a atamıştır.Behçet şuan 25 yaşında İstanbul Devlet Hastanesi'nde Yardımcı Doçent olmuştur.Behçet hızla bilgilerini ve kendisini geliştirmiştir. Behçet,küçüklüğü boyunca yardımı seven bir insandı.Yardımı sevmesinden ötürü mesleğini doktor olarak seçti ve ilerleyerek Yardımcı Doçent mertebesine ulaştı.Bir gün hastanede normal bir zamanda çalışırken babasının vefat haberini almıştı.Babasının vefatı onu derinden üzmüştü.Bunun üzerine Holding'in kapanmamasını sağlamak amacıyla sevdiği meslekten istifa edip Holding'in başına geçmiştir.
