Background:
Areum grew up in a very comfortable environment with a very supportive family. Ever since young, Areum's goal was to become a Pokemon Ranger. Despite being a supportive family, her parents were also very protective of their only child. She was unable to become a pokemon ranger as soon as she was able to and was held back from doing so for a while. She went through childhood with amazing private education on pokemon and learned everything she needed to know about them. The only thing was, she was never taught about the duties of a pokemon ranger like she had wished to. For unknown reasons, her parents have been constantly straying her away from anything to do with pokemon rangers. To this day, she still has no idea why her parents dislike the idea so much.
Although her parents are not fond of her becoming a pokemon ranger, Areum decided it was time to went out on her own and choose her path for herself. She was no longer a child and had gained lots of different experiences from the opportunities her parents gave her. Set out to finally become the pokemon ranger she wants to be, she signs up for Victoria college.
Personality:
She is a bright young woman who only wishes to help. She can get a little overbearing with her caring ways and is a very understanding person if you reach out to her. Like many others in the college, she loves pokemon. Areum is enthusiastic about becoming a pokemon ranger but when asked about her parents' thoughts on the occupation, she'll become sorrowly silent due to their disapproval and having run away from home to walk down her desired path.
