We understand your concern about the exchange of your order with the order ID 'OD115969387636213000' for 'Samsung Galaxy A50 (Black, 64 GB)'.

We're sorry to know that your experience with the Wishmaster has been an unpleasant one.

We completely understand and this isn't something we would want you to go through. You can be sure that we'll take definite steps to set this right.

We've spoken to the concern team and they're looking into this and they'll take utmost care to reduce these instances.

Here are few important things to note while choosing the exchange option for a device:

1. Only functional devices without any screen defect are accepted
2. The screen/body should not have any cracks/dent
3. The screen should be intact
4. IMEI will be verified at the time of pickup by the Wishmaster to complete the process
5. Screen locks or iCloud locks should be disabled

Here are few important things to note while choosing the exchange option for a device:

1. The details of the brand, model and IMEI should match the details provided by you.
2. The phone should switch on without being connected to a charger & battery should not be swollen.
3. There should not be any physical damage on the mobile body including charging port.
4. The screen should be intact without dead pixels, spots, lines or static on any part of the display.
5. Screen lock should not be active (all forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock - needs to be deactivated).
6. In case of Apple phones, iCloud account should be dis-associated/unlocked from the phone.
7. If the checks fail, your exchange item will not qualify for pick up. You can still get your new product by paying the value of your exchange item via cash at the time of delivery.
