We understand that you want to change your contact number for the Flipkart account.
We'd like to let you know that the feature to update contact number is only available on the website (not in App).
Here are the steps to update contact number (via Self-serve):
- Go to 'My Account'
- Under 'Account settings', go to 'Profile information'
- Edit the mobile number
- OTP SMS will get triggered to the new and old phone number
- Enter the 'OTP' along with 'Password' and click on 'Verify mobile'
- Click on 'Save Changes'
You should have access to both old and new contact number as the OTP’s will be sent to both the ID’s. If you don’t have any old mobile number updated, the OTP will be triggered to your registered email address.
