September302008(13) to october152008(13)-max is depressed, parents seems worried, max tries to escape and ryan and vanessa are really annoyed and start punishing her by locking her in her room treating it like prison
October152008(13)-sean finds them and raids house, ties up ryan and vanessa and throw max down into living room. ryan and vanessa then killed infront of her while max is taken hostage
October152008(13) to december232009(14)-max trains to fight in illegal underground cage fights run by sean as punishment for parents mishap
December232009(14)-jefferson witnesses one of max's fights of her winning, then buys her from sean
December242009(14)-max is drugged and taken out into jefferson's car, who wakes her up and drives her to his house being really friendly giving her back her camera and stuff in seatttle
Febuary192010(14)-max is taken to his dark room in his house for photo shoot and drugged then wakes up as his slave
Febuary192010(14) to july12013(17)-max is treated as jefferson's slave and abused
July242013(17)-during another photo shoot, the drug dosage is too low so she manages to break out of the duct tape gaining her powers when jefferson tries to drug her again (happens now as she is never left in dark room while jefferson is editing photos, she is always drugged and transferred back to chains then photos are edited) and escapes knocking out jefferson in the process (takes her messenger bag with camera and pictures)
July272013(17)-max faints in the middle of the road half way between seattle and arcadia bay from exhaustion and is taken by a couple to arcadia bay (were originally going there)
July282013(17)-max wakes up in hospital all scared and traumatised, doctors phone chloe and joyce from the records they found from the bag
July282013(17)-chloe and joyce arrive helping max
July292013(17)-max is taken home to the prices and explains story then joyce becomes legal guardian
NOTES:
max gets powers just before she escapes as jefferson comes to drug her again (basic rewind to start with, then experiments with chloe and finds out freeze (on the road), suspend, photojump, age and fold between escaping and christmas (all happens while with chloe))
max dislikes her parents before they die so isn't that miserable (also has time to recover)
jefferson saw potential in her photography but also wanted her for her innocence
