NO FIRES, camp stoves are alright. Basically use common sense when using fire.
Two battery pick up spots at each site, label name, and field color. THEY RETURN BATTERIES WHOOO YES. Ok so we have to plug the batteries in aswell and unplug them in the evening return. Have them at the pickup stations before breakfast (9am) and pick them up at 7pm or so. "plenty" of outlets for charging so no FFA for charging.
10AM earliest arrival time, don't come earlier
