Apex Legends Solo Mode! (Permanent Update Coming?)

Hey guys sethly here back with another apex legends video. I hope your having a fantastic day. In this video I wanted to talk about solos and its future as a game mode in apex. As you guys know, solos were added with the iron crown collection event update about five days ago but the devs clearly stated that they are only TESTING solos out to see if it would work as a game mode and they made no promises that solos would stay as a permanent game mode after the event. The exact statement they made was "We are finally dipping our toes into the Solo waters. We’re going to put it out there and see what happens. Too early to say if this will become permanent or not - healthy matchmaking across all modes is priority. Give it a shot and let us know what you think." So right now we can only guess what the devs are going to do with solos but everything ive seen so far has been a good sign that they are planning to make it permanent. For example, they added an option to report someone for teaming which is definitely a necessity for solos. But the biggest sign that solos will be permanent is that they said healthy matchmaking across all modes is their priority and from what ive experienced, it seems like matchmaking in all game modes is doing great and staying pretty stable. I really haven't had to wait in queue for a normal squads match or a solo match at all. Although it could be different in other regions. In all honesty, it would be a terrible move if Respawn removed solos at the end of the event because with all the recent backlash about prices of cosmetics, Respawn and EA are likely trying to please the community in every way and Im sure they won't hesitate to keep a feature in the game if it means the community will be happy and more importantly it won't cost them any potential profit like lowering skin prices would. Ive seen a lot more positive responses than negative from the community so I see no reason for them to not make solos permanent. But I want to hear what you guys think so let me know down in the comments.
