How to pay the total amount due for my transactions?


I would like to let you know that you will receive an email/SMS/app notification about the amount due and a payment link on the 1st of the subsequent calendar month.

What happens if I don't pay the total amount due on time?

Please be informed, any outstanding due as on the 10th of the month will lead to a late payment penalty.
Further delays in payment may lead to deactivation of 'Flipkart Pay Later' account and suspension of any further purchases on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile app and Flipkart m-website.

A legal action will also be initiated against delinquent customers.

If I have paid for an item through 'Flipkart Pay Later', how can I get a refund for an item before the total amount due for my transactions is calculated?

1. Amount will be added back to your 'Flipkart Pay Later' monthly credit on the same working day if you haven't paid already
2. If paid already, the amount will be credited back to the payment mode used within the normal refund timelines for the respective payment mode.

Wallet Activation Process on App:

.Activation is currently available on Android & iOS for mobile devices and via our website. If customer has issues in Activating the FK Money account, request the customer to follow the below mentioned steps:
.Go to “My Account” page by clicking on the top right corner
.On ‘My Accounts’, under ‘My Wallet’ compartment, you will see an option of Flipkart money. Click on “Activate Now”
.If customer clicks on “View Wallet” option under ‘My wallet’, he will be taken to another page. On top of that page, he will get the option of Flipkart Money. Click on “Activate Now"
.Now customer will see the “Flipkart Money Activate” page. Request the customer to enter his Name, Email ID & Phone number (if it is not pre-filled)
.Request the customer to click “Confirm” once all his details have been filled. After that, the customer’s account will be activated. Make sure you are taking the customer through this process. Most customer queries will be solved by making them go through this flow
