We're sorry to let you know that your order for 'Realme 3 (Diamond Red, 32 GB)' was cancelled by the seller as the exchange product did not meet the exchange related guidelines as confirmed by the Wishmaster.

We assure you that feedback has been shared with our concerned team and they're working on putting in additional measures to avoid instances like these. As you are one of our valued customers, your satisfaction is one of our primary concern.

Not to worry, you can place a new order using the exchange offer with another exchange product. Alternatively, you can also buy the product without availing the exchange offer.

Here are a few important things to note while choosing the exchange option for a device:

1. Only functional devices without any screen defect are accepted
2. The screen/body should not have any cracks/dent
3. The screen should be intact
4. IMEI will be verified at the time of pickup by the Wishmaster to complete the process
5. Screen locks or iCloud locks should be disabled

However, we'd like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs. 5704/- and Rs. 100/- for your order to your Credit Card on August 18, 2019. This will be credited to your account by August 27, 2019, as per standard banking procedures.

If you do not receive the refund by the time mentioned, please let us know and we’ll help you out.

Also, the offers and discounts offered by sellers for products vary from time to time and are valid only for a certain period. We suggest that you place an order immediately to avail any offer you like as sellers may run out of stock for products.
