So, I recently decided to look for some Yandere stories, and I didn't like ANY of them. They were either poorly written, or just made me uncomfortable, weren't scary enough, or just didn't fit what I was looking for. I decided that if I want something done right, I gotta do it myself, and that's exactly what I'll be doing. I knew I wanted to write a story again, and I didn't know what type to choose. There was that angsty attempted murder one with N, but I really jus wasn't feeling that, and it made me uncomfortable. It was steering the whole story with my characters in the wrong direction. I wanted Keiko to struggle with the rejection for a while, decided that romance was a waste of time, focus on herself and her family and her career, and then maybe get over it. I also wrote the love story with Bede, but there are so many problems I have with that one. First of all, I really shouldn't be writing about canon SwSh characters before the games come out, and in this case, before theyre even REVEALED. Bede was a character from that now confirmed leak, but we still know little to nothing about him. I could end up hating the character with everything in my soul! Although I did write some AMAZING scenes for that whole arc (I particularly love the confession and sleeping part because it's just so wholesome and I love sleepy cinnamon rolls, and I loved writing the scene where Looker accidentally walked in on them kissing because I just found it so hilarious and I still smile and snicker whenever I think about that scene) but there is another big problem I have with it. I don't know where to take it. I'm running out of cute things for them to do, and I keep on repeating things. Also, I don't get how people can be so in love with someone and dating them and then also just continue their normal daily life easily? It seemed like she was ditching her friends all the time for Bede and they were just ok with it. That's either poor writing, or toxic friendships, and I hate both. And then the BIGGEST problem I had with that story arc? I've gone as far as I'm comfortable with and what would make sense for the characters. They are both slightly shy, sweet, and pretty awkward, lets be real here, CHILDREN. They are both twelve. Im surprised I was comfortable with them making out. Then there's the journeyfics which I am sick and tired of. I just find them boring now. I thought about doing a Pasio fanfiction because it's different than a regular journey fanfiction, but theres still so much we dont know about Pasio. I can't do Galar either because well... See above.

Recently, I've been playing a lot of School Girl Simulator. It has Yandere options which I admit I have been playing a bit more. I murdered someone in a shed today. Ive also been getting interested in DDLC, which is a very horrific and violent game. To be honest, I enjoy horror much more than I did in the past, so.... Why not write a horror story? And what better form of horror than YANDERE? I get the love aspects, slice of life, horror, and even detective involvement (something I find many Yandere stories lacking). Also, all writers enjoy torturing cinnamon rolls. Yeah, sometimes they get fluffiness, but torturing the cinnamon rolls is way more fun. It's painful but a good kind of pain. Also with the similar effect that murder of Alexei had on me, murdering a cinnamon roll character just makes you hate the villain so much more. I feel like making our Yandere antagonist target a specific cinnamon roll will be the turning point of the story where she starts to go more insane about her crush (or in other words, Senpai).

A specific cinnamon roll we all know and love. She's clumsy, she's sweet, she loves dancing, we all know who it is. Yes, I know what you're thinking. "You can't do that! Keiko is too pure!" well well well... That's my entire goal! Yandere-chan will target Keiko as one of her rivals (even though Keiko has zero interest in romance at the moment).

So, let's get writing shall we?
