We understand your concern about the 'Flipkart Pay Later' bill.

We are sorry for the trouble that you had to go through.

We would like to let you know that the bill gets generated on the 1st day of the subsequent month and payment due will be on 10th of every month.

We would also like to let you know that there will be interest rate charges on late payment of Flipkart Pay Later bill.

However, penalty charges will be applicable depending on the outstanding due as on 10th of the month.

- Rs.100/- for outstanding of upto Rs.2000/-,
- Rs.200/- for outstanding of Rs.2001/- Rs.4000/-,
- Rs.400/- for outstanding of Rs.4001/- and above.

This will be added to your ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ bill of the month defaulted.

Due date + 1 days: Flipkart Pay Later payment option will be temporarily disabled until the dues are cleared however, customers can still place orders using Cash on Delivery & Prepaid mode of payments.

Due date + 20 days: Flipkart Pay Later & Cash on Delivery payment option will be temporarily disabled until the dues are cleared. However, you will still be able to place orders through prepaid payment modes.

Due date + 30 days: Flipkart Pay Later & Cash on Delivery payment option will be temporarily disabled until the dues are cleared.

You will still be able to place orders through prepaid payment modes however, any orders placed using prepaid payment mode will be kept on hold for 24 hrs and customers will be requested to clear the dues.

- If you clear the due amount within 24 hrs, orders will be further processed

- If you fail to make the payment within 24 hrs, orders will be cancelled

Due date + 45 days: Flipkart Pay Later eligibility will be disabled permanently even though customers clear the dues after the defined time frame.

Cash on Delivery Payment option will be temporarily disabled until the dues are cleared.

You will still be able to place orders through prepaid payment modes however, any orders placed using prepaid payment mode will be kept on hold for 24 hrs and the customers will be requested to clear the dues.

- If you clear the due amount within 24 hrs, orders will be further processed

- If you fail to make the payment within 24 hrs, orders will be cancelled
