► Paso 1: Examine y limpie los contactos de los cabezales con la impresora apagada
• Reiniciamos la impresora y realizamos la limpieza del cartucho tricolor y del carro de impresion

• el problema persiste.
► Paso 2: Verifique la cantidad de hojas impresas
• 1382
• verificado desde el toolbox
• conectado por LMI pin 844710
► Paso 3: Sustituya el/los cabezal(es) de impresión
