4.through the book name check their is no copy issue to it already.
functionality to issue book to faculty:
1.check faculty member is registered or not.
2.ask faculty id(5 digit).
funtionality to retunn the book(Student):
1.check student id
2.check date of issue
3.pay fine if book submit after date of issue.
