We'd like to let you know that you can still convert the Cash on Delivery transaction to prepaid using PhonePe payment option via payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart.
However, we are sorry to let you know that the seller is unable to send you the link again as per the link has already been shared with you with Out for delivery SMS.
-Once the Cash on Delivery orders have been marked as 'Out for Delivery', eligible customers can pay using PhonePe payment option via the payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart (Only if the shipment is eligible)
-The payment link would remain active until the time of delivery
-Once the payment is successfully made, the payment will start reflecting as 'Prepaid' in Wishmasters device
-You will get an OTP for the transaction which needs to be shared with the Wishmaster for payment confirmation

-Courier service provider is Ekart
-Current payment mode is CoD (Cash on Delivery)
-PhonePe payment app should be installed/ available
-This payment option is available only in selected regions
