Tamara: Table 1;

+ Greeted table promptly within a 30 second window.
- Didn't take bar slips.
+ Offered Wine sample and went through the table book.
+ Very professional and kind to the guests. Good body language.
• Nervous said "umm" a lot. Occasionally hovered.
+ Offered salad and soup.
+ Wrote everything and even repeated order.
+ Carried tray properly.
--- Didn't ID table till prompted. However when she did she put their age in on the ziosk. ---
- Didn't name food as she put it down (important for when modifers occur).
+ She did put in food modifers and made the salad the way the guests specified
+ Refiiled alcoholic drinks on ziosk
+ Very friendly. Got along swimmingly with guests.
+ Made frequent visits but was never intrusive and was quick on refills.
+ Asked how everything tasted.
+ Offered to take plates off table [PREBUSSING], got bread refills and grated cheese on top of table as opposed to tray.
+ Proper boxing procedures.
+ Offered desserts and after dinner drinks.
[GENERAL POSITIVES] Didn't say "guys", didn't put straw in drinks, very professional with her tables, uses guest numbers.
• Didn't mention survey, however was apparently unaware of said survey.

Table 2;

+ Greeted table promptly within a 30 second window.
+ Brought wine sample and was able to describe wine when asked.
+ Poured one ounce sample.
+ Talked about the table book, and made some quick suggestions.
+ Explained the wine list thouroughly to guests and even made pairing suggestions.
- "Would we like to start with any drinks?"
+ Made ice coffee for guest.
+ Explained the ziosk to the guest and its app and drink options.
+ Repeated orders and wrote everything down
+ Asked about salad and soup.
- Forgot soup spoon.
+ Asked how everything tasted.
+ Frequently checked in with guests.
+ Asked guests if they needed refills on soup, salad and drinks.
+ Prebussed often.
+ Answered questions and informed guests about menu.
+ Proper boxinf procedures and got the guests a breadstick bag.
+ Offered desserts and after dinner drinks.
+ Thanked the guests before they left.
+ Handed out chocolate mints.

Table 3;

+ Greeted table within 30 seconds.
+ Offered wine samples and ID'd the guests. Double verified ID.
+ Let them know about the other drinks and apps.
+ Made guests feel comfortable by speaking spanish with them.
+ Brought out guest drinks on drink tray.
+ Repeated order back to guests.
+ Offered kid sides.
+ Put in all modifiers
+ Asked questions when unsure.
- Left wine bottle and drink tray on a table.
+ Brought out salad and offered cheese on table.
+ Offered refill salad
- Cheesed chicken and shrimp carbonara on top of tray instead of table :(
- Forgot ketchup
+ Food came out incorrectly in kitchen (Carbonara came out without chicken), got manager and apologized to the guest, thanked them for understanding. A.R.T
