5:00- wake up cold water soak, open curtains, start boiling tea water
5:10- brush teeth 2x mouthwash wash face, do hair
5:20- take room temperature shower (if in the mood)
5:30- dry hair, say good morning to mom and dad if awake
5:45- check on tea water if ready make tea(green tea)drink slowly add lemon if we have it
6:05- LOTION CHAPSTICK get out of pjs and get dressed for school get bus pass and keys
6:15- eat breakfast(healthy) finish tea if not done
6:25- yoga/exercise meditation
6:35- listen to music (up beat george song of the brown buffalo NO BILLIE)
6:50- check to see if you did all your homework, if not do it.
7:05- FREE TIME:)
7:25- do jumping jacks to hype yourself up and tell yourself your gorgeous
7:30- leave for the bus ugh
after school:)

3:35- take shower if not done already
3:45- do homework DON'T PROCRASTINATE
4:00- free time but do something that doesn't involve laziness
4:30- eat a healthy snack don't over eat
4:40- exercise, meditate, read a book, walk dog. PICK TWO
4:55- clean everything that needs to be clean
5:00- if mom is home say hello hang out with her
5:45- drink water tap or purified
5:50- eat dinner if its made
6:30- lotion chapstick
7:00- draw something or hoverboard and music
7:30- take a walk if mom lets you
7:50- organize bag/ make sure schoolwork is all caught up
7:55- face mask if you have time
bed time :)
8:30- boil water for tea
8:45- drink tea(camomile)
9:00- yoga
9:10- brush teeth wash face with warm water moisturize
9:15- get ready for bed
9:20- lights off tv off
9:25- sleeeeeeeep REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
