LOVE ;


“What does love look like?”

Answering this question was difficult.

“Love is like having everything I’ve ever lost come back to me. No mountain, no sea, no crack from the depths of the earth could ever separate me from him, because this is not my world. He is.
I was a music box that was shut so tight, just waiting for the one to listen to my music. I was waiting for someone lovely enough to hear what I had to say, waiting to see who cared enough to open the lid. I shared my songs with him, and safety washed over me like a rushing bolt of light. It pierced my soul and everything became good.
He is just like the moon. He lights my path when my world is in darkness. I hope he looks at the moon at the same time as me. I tell the moon my secrets.
Love is like planting a garden.
Every seed of trust can grow into the most gorgeous thing.
Something so sweet and dulcet.
But even though every enticing rose has conflating red colors, roses come with thorns.
Love is not perfect. Love is not easy.
But love, love is about chasing your dreams with your best friend by your side. It’s about going through life with your favorite person and overcoming the obstacles.
I’ll plant a row of daisy seeds in the space below each of his eyes. And every time he weeps, every time he cries, he is reminded of his beauty when every daisy grows.
The two of us together could light up an entire city with our passion.
It was almost like my heart looked at him and said, ‘Oh, there you are. I’ve been looking for you.”
