For me, my weakness is being myself and not getting involved in workplace politics and workplace drama. Let me explain, at work in general, there are a lot of people who play around, gossip, and try to make friendships
and create drama because of the way they were raised. I, being myself, do not seek jobs for either one of those things. Sometimes I create problems by not aligning myself with certain groups of people based on popularity, liking, or style. I don't worry about who's friends with who or who likes me and who don't. I do not seek a job for friends. I do not seek a job for gossip nor to play around because this is not my character and while it was not socially normal where I worked in fast food, I have always been myself despite peer pressure. If I wanted to gossip or play, I would've stayed in high school. In the eyes of the management, this can be seen as not fitting in or trying not to get along with co workers. Here is what I have to say to that: I will never hesitate to communicate when it comes to work nor will I ever hesitate to be myself and stay away from workplace drama and workplace politics.
