I was arriving at my delivery location of 9340 East County Road 300 North when I believed I saw a driveway, which turned out to be tracks from vehicles, which went through trees to the house. The house was very dim and I could not see where the driveway was without risking other motorists safety by stopping in the middle of the road to find the actual driveway or turning my brights on at an oncoming vehicle. I turned my right turn signal on to make a right turn into what I believed was a driveway to the home. This turned out to be tracks that were now mud and the driveway was approximtaly 35-45 feet West in front of where my Black Metallic Chevy Cruze was located. The home was 30-40 feet North from my Black Metallic Chevy Cruze. I turned my emergency/hazard lights on. I then made my way through mud to give Chelsea Beck, what she had ordered. The order was around $15 or $16 dollars. A gentleman gave me $23 and stated to keep the rest, without asking for change. I said thank you, yet also mentioned that I think I am stuck in the mud, as in I could not get out. I made that clear. He stated that if I could not get out, come back to the door. I began returning to my Black Metallic Chevy Cruze. Try #1 of getting out, the tires only went deeper. I went to the door and knocked while noticing a female on the phone. It was Chelsea Beck, I informed her that I could not get out of the mud and that the gentleman said he would try and help me by pushing my Black Metallic Chevy Cruze out of the mud. Try #2, the gentleman pushed my vehicle, which only made the vehicle go deeper into the mud. The gentleman stated that recently a U-Haul truck had got stuck on his property and had to be pulled out by a wrecker. I was then asked to try again by the gentleman, I declined as my vehicle would just get deeper into the mud. I told him my father, Jace Mitchell, was on the way from Country Walk, the neighborhood where I live. My address is 3 Whisperwood Ct. Jace Mitchell owns a Chevy Silverado Z71 with the power to get me out of the mud using tow straps. As I was waiting in my vehicle for my father, I noticed Chelsea Beck and the gentleman walking to my vehicle again to take pictures of my license plate, and all around my car. Chelsea Beck was speaking, but the gentlemen did not say anything. I gave them the $23 back and apologized for this whole situation. Chelsea Beck then asked if I went to Brownsburg, I stated yes, I was in the class of 2011. Chelsea Beck asked if I know "Jodeci" and commented that is one of her best friends. I replied that I did. Chelsea Beck and the gentleman returned north into 9340 East County Road 300 North after they were done taking photos. I sat in my car, in the mud while waiting on my father with my emergency/hazard lights on. My father arrived, he pulled into the driveway at 9340 East County Road 300 North. We checked the situation out and decided it would be best to hook the tow strap to the left side of the back axel. He pulled up behind my vehicle and I got under the vehicle to hook the tow strap on. I soon realized I, my body, was sinking into the mud which was not an issue created by my car being there, but was able to attach the tow strap. If the yard had been torn up, I would not have been able to access the rear axel. The mud was obviously there already and was not mentioned in the delivery instructions by Chelsea Beck. My father and I dangerously worked to pull my vehicle out. The vehicle was around 3-4 feet off the road, motorists were still buzzing by, hindering my father and I's safety. It took around 1-2 seconds to get my vehicle on the road after my father pulled it out with his Chevy Silverado Z71. He commented on how it was not deep, otherwise it would have been a much larger task, or even take a tow truck. The muffler of my vehicle was 5-6 inches from the mud and the tires seemed to be 2-3 inches into the mud. This showed that the car was not damaging property.
Thank You,
Zachary Lyndon Mitchell
