Sanık hakkında TCK. 314/3, 220/7 maddesi delaletiyleTCK 314/2 maddesinin uygulanması ihtimaline binaen CMK. 226. maddesi uyarınca ek savunma hakkı ile CMK.nun 147 ve 191/3-c maddeleri uyarınca yasal hakları hatırlatıldı. Soruldu.
Sanık Ek Savunmasında: Ek savunma için süre istemiyorum. Önceki savunmalarımı tekrar ederim dedi.
