Daily task for helpdesk are:
- follow up on open tickets
- ensure agents have call centre/admin access for web portals
- Generate EOD of ticket reports
- Answer calls/ solve tickets
- Review improve ticketing system (adding ticket categories/type/tags as need be)
- Follow up on escalation
- Communicate with WSIB for access to resources (Reset test accounts/etc)
- Communicate with Rogers key contacts in regards to wsib
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, improve skills on existing mdm solutions and try new ones
Task on Cycles
- Generate WSIB/Govan Brown/ Monthly Reports
- QA test Rogers web tools, PAT, Assessment tool, etc
- Communicate with Rogers Contacts for support issues/inquiries/escalations/etc
