Everyone alive desires something in their life. For some, it is a car, education, a job, a family, love. why do we desire? In the end, all we do is die. We seize to exist in this world. Everything we care about is made up so we can feel as if there is a point to what we do. When in the end, there is nothing. Everything is worthless. Everything is imaginary, hypothetical. So why do we wait in fear to pursue our dreams? To stand out? To learn and explore and have an adventure? Why do we try to fit in, search for the meaning of happiness, work, and try to hide our true selves from society? Because in the end, it doesn't matter. We all end up dead someday. Learn what you can to keep yourself alive. Get a job that makes an impact in this world. Get up at one in the morning and go on a jog. Eat the whole box of cupcakes. Fill up your car with gas, get in the car, and drive until you discover a new place. Write. Read. Take pictures. Take everything life has to offer in. Go skydiving, bungee jumping, mountain climbing. Swim in the ocean. Explore a new country. Read and learn in only the was you can. When life gets hard, take a deep breath and remind yourself it doesn't matter. Eat healthy. Exercise. Sleep. Take care of yourself. But don't forget to have an adventure. Make stupid simple problems into wonderful life experiences. You don't know when a bus may hit you. You don't know when you're going to die. But do you want people to remember you at your funeral for how average you were? How much they'll miss you? Make them wish to be just like you. Leave your legacy for the people that knew you. Be yourself. Don't take other people's judgments as insults, and change yourself because of what they think, use them as opportunities to improve yourself for you. Smile. Sometimes it won't work. Sometimes the emptiness will hit you hard like a rock and you'll wonder if your optimism is just a way to keep your pointless life alive. And, my dear, there will be nothing you can do except, get off your butt, go outside, and walk as long and as far as you need to. Get away from civilization. Watch a sunset. Jump in ice cold water. Wander until your feet ache and you're hungry and just want to go home. Go until the pain is unbearable. Then be glad you're here to feel the pain. That if life was in your head, you wouldn't be able to feel such powerful emotions. Lay down on the bare dirt and cry your little heart and soul out. Then go get something good to eat, rent a movie, and sleep. I guarantee you'll feel better. Life is about living what all the dead souls in the world wanted to do, without offending them by making poor decisions. Life sucks, but you have to keep on going no matter what is thrown at you, no matter how hard it is. Don't ever give up.
