GR ended up leaving his residence for voc at 11:20 am.
At 12:20 GR went to the bathroom staff KB cleared the bathroom before GR went in.
Staff NL checked on GR because there was no response, turned out he was fine.
When GR finished in the bathroom, staff NL took soap in so GR can wash his hands GR put soap on his hand and rubbed it on the mirror. Staff NL prompted GR to clean it multiple times. GR walked into the den at harrison and sat on the couch, GR proceeded to the other couch and tried to grab staff NL hoodie but NL removed it quickly.
12:26 pm : GR started escalating picking up a painting and tried to use it as a weapon. Staff NL

GR has been verbally aggressive, using racial slurs, screaming and yelling at staff.
GR destroyed 2 TV room blinds, tried to break TV and windows.
GR was put on hold 2x for hitting staff and harming himself,
The first started at 1:08 pm and lasted one minute and the second hold at 1:10 pm and lasted a minute and half.
During his crisis, GR slapped float staff Nick 2x , kicked both staff KB , Nick
GR stripped his bottom clothes and has been half naked for more than an hour,
GR displayed inappropriate sexual behavoir, grasping his genital organs and making sexual behavior.
GR returned on baseline at 1: 15 mn
GR then laid on couch to cool off time to drop him home
