How Rank & Rent Works
The Rank & Rent model is so simple yet powerful.
What we do is create a website based around one niche. Then we rank that
website in multiple states, cities and towns and charge businesses a monthly
fee to add their details onto our website.
So for example, let's take the plumbing niche.
We create a website called something like XYZPlumbers.com. We then create
pages on that website specifically for areas of the country.
XYZPlumbers.com/new-york
XYZPlumbers.com/dallas
XYZPlumbers.com/chicago
etc
Then we rank that website for "New York plumber", "Dallas plumber", "plumber
in Chicago" type terms.
Once we do that, we then contact plumbers in those cities, tell them we rank
for those terms and ask them if they want the leads and enquiries. Find one
that says yes, add their business details onto that specific page and charge
them a monthly fee.
Repeat this as many times as you wish, for as many other cities and towns.
You can easily charge $200-$1,000 per month for each page on your
site.
