My first visit with Micelle Dexter moved me through years of mental roadblocks that have been holding me back in my life. She has so many different tools to help break through self-limiting barriers. I will definitely see her again for another integrative psychology visit!





My son was bouncing off the walls until he started treatment with David. At first, I was nervous about taking my 4-year-old to an acupuncturist. My son immediately hopped up on the table and let David use his "tickle machine" instead of needles for his treatment. David explained to me that needles aren't necessary with children and the herbs he prescribed have been working great! Thanks, David!





I wanted to get in for a massage at Indigo after a very stressful week. Everyone was booked but there was an opening for an hour-long Reiki session with Joyce. I went for it and LOVED the experience. During the treatment, I was incredibly relaxed and afterward, my neck and shoulders felt 80% better! Definitely coming back.





I had never had a chiropractor incorporate essential oils with the adjustment until I met Dr.Hom. Steve has helped me keep my family healthy with his immense knowledge of essential oils. We now use them to clean our house, keep the kids from getting sick, and get a good nights sleep. So nice to have a chiro who can round out other areas of life as well.





Mei is my go to massage gal. But I have to say that this week was especially amazing. I was telling her about how my wrinkles were bothering. She took out this tool and used it on my face and I have to tell you, my face looks better after one treatment. I've added this to my weekly massage and looking forward to seeing the results.





Thank you, Melissa and my sweet hubby for getting me a massage package! I am 7 months pregnant and my body is really starting to feel the extra aches and pains. Best Valentine's Day present ever!





OMG! I just had a facial from Charlene! Her technique and knowledge blew me away! I get regular facials but this was like none I had received before. While my mask was working its magic, she massaged other areas of my body that needed attention. I didn't tell her these areas, somehow she just knew.





I've never written a review for the front desk for any place but O just have to give a shout out to Marsha! Every time I come in for acupuncture with Jennifer she makes sure I am informed, rescheduled and cared for. She even made me the cutest essential oil blend for my insomnia. I just love you Marsha, thanks!





No matter which acupuncturist I see, I always leave feeling better than when I came. Thanks Indigo you really know your stuff.

Just finished the Soup RESET Cleanse. I lost 5.5 pounds, my foot pain went away and I have great energy.
