Subject - intimation regarding operation of GPA executed on 01.07.2016 in favour of gurvinder Singh son of s.chuharh Singh
Respected sir/ madam,
with reference to above cited subject and your letter no.BR SEC.MOH: 06/393 ,I Jaswinder Kaur
W/o S. Chuharh Singh R/o house no.961 phase 4 ,tehsil and district sahibzada ajit singh nagar, Mohali started as under :
1. That I have executed GPA registered at sr.no 133 ,book no .4,volume NIL,at page NIL ,dated 01-07-2016 in favor of my son namely gurvinder Singh s/o sh.chuharh Singh GPA holder R/o house no.961 phase 4 mohali in respect of house no.7021 ,new sunny enclave,sector 125 kharar district sahibzada ajit singh nagar,mohali to to do all the needful acts and deeds as per GPA.
2. That we said GPA is still alive and operative since I have never revoked or cancelled the GPA till date, further I declare that I have not executed any other GPA except in favour of my son Mr gurwinder Singh in in respect of house no. 7021 new Sunny enclave, sector 125 kharar.
3. That I authorise my son Mr gurvinder Singh to collect the title deed after adjustment of home loan account as I am living abroad and my visit to India further cost me.
4. That I further hereby undertake to abide with and to rectify all acts and deeds done by my side general power of attorney in future.
It is Therefore respectfully prayed that my above GPA is still alive and fully operative as I have not ever revoked or cancelled the said GPA till date and will be operative until and unless I myself informed you about any cancellation or revocation of the same if any.
Further I protest up that charges levied by you amounting to rupees 1,50,627/- is very high, since we have already deposited rupees 9,00,000/- in the housing loan account number- 36770600000393 in the month of November and December 2017. however these charges were levived on 18th January 2018 so, you are once again requested to waive off/ relax these charges at your end or provide me the documentary proof of all these charges for further persuasions in the matter.
