c. Whether the action of the respondent in debiting an amount of Rs.1,50,627/- in the loan account of the petitioner for miscellaneous heads such as publication of notices, legal fee, enforcement agency charges etc, is illegal and against the spirit of law laid down various pronouncements especially by division bench of this honorable high Court in case of Mohinder pal Singh ( supra)?
d. Whether the above amount of rs 1,50,627/- illegally debited in the account of the petitioner is liable to be refunded with interest by the respondents?
e. Weather manifest in justice is being occasioned to the petitioner in the attending circumstances of the case?
15. That no such writ petition ,revision or any other case has been filed by the petitioner in this honorable high Court or in the honourable supreme Court the same law points.
16. That the petitioner has not been left with any statuary remedy except to approach this honorable court by way of filing present writ petition under article 226 / 227 of constitution of India.
