Passengers are on a plane from new york to france. However there is a criminal on the loose that sneeks on the plane. When the plane crashes on an inhabitant land, there is no signal for the airplane hq to identify where the plane is. On board, the criminal harasses everyone to see if they have the missing 1 million $, in which they want to keep (they found its location). The criminal then drugs the pilot to make it faint. If no one confesses about the money, the criminal picks on someone every time to do an extremely dangerous task in which they will get shot if they don't complete it.
1st task for 1st person: jump of the plane and onto a concrete platform
2nd task for 2nd person: eat a bowl of insects
3rd task for 3rd person: beat up there child
4th task/person: break up with their fiancee (turns out that the fiancee never loved the fiance in which a drama happens. A brave person who stands up and says "don't you get it! Hes trying to tear you guys apart" gets beaten up by criminal).
5th task/5th person: shoot their mother out on the land.

The airplane hq finally finds a signal but doesnt have much time left (this scence occurs while on the 5th task). Just as they arrive, the mother is already shot and a pc says "were...too late". This is when the criminal gets arrested and everyone is sent back to new york and gets aided and sorted out. The criminal is sent on a life sentence and his crew is sent and has to serve for 5 years. His crew is sent on a 5 year trial, and one member of the crew whom tried to help the passengers and was forced to serve for the criminal was on a 1 year trial (because she's been helping the crew for 3 years).

After all that, we go on to what happens to everyone in the future. The movie finally ends with the mother (who got shot) in hospital.
