70'lerde Halkın siyahlara yapılan protesto ve holigan olaylarından bu yana, Siyah Yumruklar olarak bilinen güçlü sokak çetesi kurulmuş bir suç örgütü haline geldi.Şu anda bütün şehirdeki en güçlü suçlu gruplardan bir tanesidir, bağımsızlık ve kontrol için savaşan tek kişi olmadıklarından, siyahilerin hepsini kapsam edecekleri anlamına gelmez. Çetenin 70'lerde yıkıcı bir darbe almasından ve güç boşluğu yaratmasından sonra, boşluğu doldurmaya çalışan birçok kişi oldu. Şehrin sokaktaki diğer çetelerinin ve daha küçük gangster kıyafetlerinin çoğunun mutlak güç elde etmek için çok dağınık olması nedeniyle, aralarında kopamayan bir kardeşlik var. Siyah Yumrukların bu güç mücadelesinde sahip oldukları en büyük avantaj onların liderleri, Juan çeteyi olabildiğince yaşatmak ve güç sahibi olması uğruna elinden geleni yapmakta, BFG çetesi şehri ellerine geçmesinden yalnızca bir zaman meselesi.

Dün gece hiç iyi şeyler olmadı ve hiç kimse konuşmadı..Juan eve eli bıçaklı döndüğünden beri bakışlarını yerden ayırmıyordu,evdekiler bu duruma kayıtsız kalmaktan başka çareleri yoktu.Kendisini ve ırkını küçümseyen herkesten intikam almışcasına sabaha karşı sokağa çıktı.Sanırım bu ilk olmayacaktı,artık dünyaya başka bir çerçeveden bakmasıyla tek cinayetle kalmayacağını biliyordu.O gece kimse bu konuda söz etmedi, sorular sorulmadı ,suçlamalar yapılmadı, o gece bu konu yaşanmamışcasına kapandı.

Halk Tepkili
İnsanlar artık güvende değildi,halk tepkili ve polisler siyahi isyanlarını durdurmakta güçlük çekiyordu.Dünya genelinde oluşan bu zulüm tüm siyahileri rahatsız etmekle beraber bir kalkınmayı da getirebilirdi.??????Devletler bu konu karşısında bir masaya oturmak istese de asayiş tam sağlanamaması herkes için tehlike oluşturmaktaydı.İnsanlar sokağa çıkamaz ve ihtiyaçlarını karşılayamıyordu,tüm bunların sorumlusu siyahiler oldu.Silahlanan beyaz halk kendi çıkarları doğrultusunda siyahilere hiç durmadan işkence ettiler.Bir süre patlak vermeye devam edecek olan bu isyanlar karşısında devlet ve halk tedirgin durumda.
