What should TAM be?
A TAM of ~5mm is not large enough; you will have extreme difficulty reaching the whole market
Generally, TAM should be 20-100mm per year (anything over 1bn raises flags)
Step 5: Profile the Persona for the Beachhead market
Who BEST represents the primary customer for the beachhead market?
Allows you to fill in the blanks of "what does the optimal user want to address"
Include information about Persona's life (born, raised, education level, family, age, etc.)
What is the concern that keeps the Persona awake at night?
Have face-to-face conversation with the end user resembling your Persona
... leave convo open-ended to allow for most insight; notice their actions and surroundings

You should use the Persona to adapt the product (or potentially adapt to different users)
Create Personas for each facet of your business (if applicable)
Step 9: Identify Your Next 10 Customers
If you only ever focus on your Persona, you are limiting your company's scale/scope/success
-Find a number of potential customers (above 10) who fit criteria + see if they are interested
-Contact each customer and present your product's Use Case, Value Proposition, and Product Specification
-Go ahead / take note depending on how your potential customer reacts to your presentation
-This also allows you to reaffirm / adjust your Persona
-If you cannot find 10 potential customers that fit your criteria, you need to find different Beachhead Market
