We understand that you like to pay for your order 'OD113608285509216000' through Phonepe.
We'd like to let you know that 'Pay Now' is a new feature that lets you convert your CoD purchases to prepaid.
We'd like to let you know that Conversion of Cash on Delivery (CoD) transactions to Prepaid from Self-Serve (Pay Now) option has been discontinued.
However, you can still convert the Cash on Delivery (CoD) transaction to prepaid using PhonePe payment option via payment link in the Out for delivery SMS from Ekart (Only if the shipment is eligible).
Here are the steps to convert COD order to Prepaid:
- You will see a new button 'PAY NOW' on App only if the courier partner Ekart Logistics and Order is with single unit
- Once you clicks on this button, a new page will open up with the list of payment options
- Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to 'Order Details' page with the new payment mode and appropriate message.
- Payment information will be sent to EKL and payment mode will be updated to prepaid, so that EKL will not ask you for payment at the time of delivery.
- If the payment is unsuccessful/ fails, you will see a failure message and can retry the payment after 30 mins.
