I am writing to bring your attention on a serious issue I had today, I ordered an Iced Caramel Macchiato - which I tried several times from your stores - but today when I tried for the first at the branch in Mouwasat Hospital in Khobar (KSA), it was really different. The first thing I noticed right away is that the caramel sauce at the bottom was missing. Secondly, it had a very unpleasant smell and it tasted different from what it normally does. Last but not least, I heard one of the staff asking the other to do a drink as she did not know how to, but the other staff told her "just do it the same way you did the other drink and add a little bit of this", with no concern. And in my opinion this quality and service does not suit the brand image that Starbucks has, when me or other customers choose to get our drinks from there its because of our brand loyalty but after this incident I got really disappointed.
I hope you will work to resolve this problem. I apologize for distrubing but I could not find any email for contact.
