Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager with proven success in Sales and/or Sales Operations to support the operational excellence and sales performance of his/her assigned sales region. You will serve in a critical sales support role that owns the standardization and compliance of company policies, processes, and workflows, as well as ensuring all changes and releases to internal systems and tools are communicated and adopted. The candidate we are seeking will require strong analytical skills and attention to detail as you work with the sales teams to monitor understanding and adoption. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Sales Vice Presidents, Directors of Sales, Sales Managers, and with the Sales & Care Operations Leadership Team.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the standardization and compliance of company Policies, Processes, and Workflows to ensure understanding, adoption, and execution of each
Be the regional expert on Business Rules and in educating the sales teams on updates and changes to rules in a timely and thorough manner
Support the regional readiness of all internal Systems, Tools, and Process changes, updates, or releases
Work closely with other Sales & Care Operations team members to ensure all internal releases are communicated and the teams are provided with the right information and tools at the right time in order to perform their jobs more effectively
Facilitate webinars and meetings and create supporting documentation for upcoming internal changes, including – but not limited to – PowerPoint presentations, FAQs, QRCs, and step-by-step guidelines
Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the global sales teams by evaluating the current systems, tools, and processes in place and identifying areas for improvement
Partner with other global Readiness Sales Operations Managers to ensure consistencies are met across all regions and geos
Document existing and future Policies and Workflows, and partner with Training & Development to ensure these documents are easily accessible
Serve as the voice of sales within the various functional and core teams to ensure the right processes and impacts are being considered.
Act as an objective third-party decision maker on internal disputes between the sales teams regarding territory ownership, sales practices, and other operational concerns
Be the first point of reference for questions or concerns regarding operational functions
Qualifications
Ability to work independently with very little direction or supervision is a must
5+ years of Sales Operations experience or other applicable experience.
Extremely strong Communications skills, both written and verbal
Strong presentation and facilitator skills to both business and technical audiences
Proficient in Salesforce.com, including Report and Dashboard creation
Team player who can work cross functionally in order to identify needs and execute on them
Project management experience a plus
Advanced skills in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to execute on multiple projects at the same-time
Strong comfort level in the adoption of new systems and tools, with the ability to quickly become proficient and act as a Subject Matter Expert for the business
Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand each of the steps to an end-to-end process and provide suggestions for improvement
Experience with SFDC tools and integrations such as Chatter, Marketo, Tout, and/or similar solutions a plus
Data driven mind-sent to problem solving
Able to work in a fast, quick paced environment
Creative and tactical approach to improving Sales and Care competencies
Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
Must be able to work in the Lindon office
